Each day, I call in the Living Energy of Christ and breathe in the Blood of Christ, drawing it through the crown of my head or through the flame of my heart, allowing it to flow into every part of my being. This sacred practice keeps me healthy and strong, sustaining my vitality, filling me with abundance, and aligning me with the eternal flow of Life.
